Information collected

When you sign in, MIKA receives the Google account identifier, verified email address, display name and profile image that you authorize Google to provide. We also retain session, membership, billing-status and security records required to operate the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. MIKA receives customer and subscription identifiers and payment status, but does not store complete payment-card details.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, enforce access levels, administer subscriptions, protect the service, provide support and improve reliability.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate authentication, hosting, payments and security, or when required by law. MIKA does not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

Account and transaction records are retained for operational, security and legal purposes. You may request account deletion or correction through MIKA support, subject to records that must be retained.

Security

MIKA uses encrypted transport, restricted server-side sessions and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
